Mount Bachelor

Mount Bachelor, a noble volcanic cone, offers a vast and varied terrain. A truly expansive mountain, it provides ample room for discovery.

For the intrepid traveler, Bachelor pairs rather nicely with a foray to either Hoodoo or Willamette Pass, both a mere thirty-odd miles distant. These drives are not strenuous, offering glimpses of Oregon's rugged interior before you arrive at your next destination.

Bachelor finds itself upon the Ikon Pass. Do note, however, that while its acreage and snowfall are generous, the wind can at times assert its dominion over the higher reaches. Plan accordingly, and enjoy your travels.
