Accessibility Statement

Powdorf is committed to making our Service usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement explains our current accessibility posture, known limitations, and how to give us feedback.

Conformance target

We aim to substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level A, and we are progressively working toward Level AA. "Substantially conforms" means that some parts of the content may not fully conform to the standard.

What we do

• Use semantic HTML, landmark regions, and a single primary <main> per page.
• Label interactive controls and icon-only buttons for assistive technology.
• Maintain colour-contrast tokens designed to meet WCAG AA for body text against the dark background.
• Support keyboard navigation for forms, links, and primary actions.
• Respect user preferences for reduced motion where practical.
• Provide a textual itinerary as an equivalent for information displayed on the interactive map.

Known limitations

• The interactive Mapbox-powered map relies on visual cues. We provide an itinerary list with the same destinations and order as the equivalent textual representation.
• Some third-party embeds and controls may not meet the same accessibility standard as the rest of the Service.
• AI-generated trip prose has not been individually reviewed for plain-language readability.

We are actively working to improve these areas. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know.

Assessment approach

We assess accessibility through a combination of automated tooling, manual keyboard testing, and spot checks with screen readers.

Compatibility

Powdorf is designed to work in current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on desktop and mobile, in combination with current versions of common assistive technologies. The Service is not designed to support browsers more than two major versions out of date.
