For the road-tripping sort, Badger pairs neatly with a visit to Mission Ridge, a mere 25 miles distant. This jaunt would prove a pleasant enough drive through Washington’s varied landscapes. Stevens Pass, though further at 46 miles, also stands as a potential companion for a more extensive foray into the region.

As for access, Badger Mountain remains independent of the major passes. One must plan for individual admission, a small consideration for a day’s recreation. No grand schemes are required, only a willingness to visit an establishment on its own terms.
